Skin Design was founded by physician assistant Kristina Borrelli in 2021.

Kristina earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Northeastern University in 2016. She knew even before starting the PA program at Northeastern that she wanted to work in medical aesthetics. She began her PA career in emergency medicine, but quickly started training and working in aesthetics in 2017. Emergency medicine allowed Kristina to build a solid foundation of clinical decision making, procedural skills and safety. Her training and experience in injectables, skin rejuvenating procedures and skin care has consistently provided patients with beautiful results, earning Kristina a gleaming reputation. For over five years Kristina maintained both an emergency medicine and aesthetic medicine position, but her passion and love for medical aesthetics eventually led her here- to Skin Design.
