About Us:

A quick bit about what sets us apart is we approach our inspections with the assumption the sale will go forward, so our reports are designed to help new home owners identify what they should address in a non-alarming way. We also send multiple inspectors to each inspection to help make them faster and more accurate, and we include our drone service as standard to our inspections, no additional cost.

We started our company because the experience we were seeing in the field was not the experience that a lot of people wanted. We always send multiple Inspectors to each inspection. This allows us to save you time but also allows you to have multiple licensed professionals reviewing the property. We make sure our inspectors overlap portions of the house they are reviewing to ensure both inspectors are viewing the whole property, not just parts of it. Whole House Inspections

For home buyers or home owners looking for an inspection, we will inspect the structure, coverings and foundation and test plumbing through regular use. We will provide information on heating, cooling, plumbing & electrical systems.

Pre-offer Inspection

Similar to a whole house inspection in that it meets the MA SOP for a home inspection, but a bit less in depth due to time constraints. Ask about our follow-up deals!

Our Reports…

Every Home Inspection company writes their reports differently. We know by the time you’re ready for a Home Inspection, you’ve been looking at a lot of different documentation and are probably more than a bit stressed. That’s why we provide a detailed, non-alarming and simple to understand report of what we find. We include images of the entire inspection and highlight every area we want to bring to your attention. Our reports are delivered via an online interactive portal and downloadable as PDFs. Our reports are separated into Maintenance, Recommendations and Safety issues. We tend to have a lot of recommendations, as those are how to preserve and maintain the home.
