An enchanting new retail location from the magical world of Mrs. Mekler’s Mercantile.

Born out of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mrs. Mekler’s Mercantile was a way to start new and bring amazing gourmet products to the Greater Boston South Shore Area.

Mrs. M is our founder and Master of Mayhem & Merchandise. She was just out for a walk while the world was locked down and the idea hit her for the Sugar Shack and an online mercantile with amazing products from some of the best bakers and makers in her network.

With a long history of baking, catering, and restaurant ownership, Mrs. M wanted to do all the things she loved about her past and mix in all the things she just hadn’t got around to doing yet. Now, we are shipping products all over the country, attending weekly farmers markets throughout the summer, and welcoming fans young and experienced to shop at our honor system “Sugar Shack” location in the Beechwood Neighborhood of Cohasset, Massachusetts.
